Nigel Gets Fit #4

Here’s what we did yesterday…
Day #3 - Sunday March 3, 2013
Wake 9:35am
Weigh myself — 81.7 K

Drink ½ Glass of Grapefruit (that’s all that was left!) eat
one Banana 9:50am

Run 2 miles 10:15am

Cup of Coffee (with milk NO SUGAR) 10:47am

Eat 4 scrambled eggs with green peppers & 3 sausage
links, 2 pieces of white toast with butter. 11:10am

50 Sit-Ups
30 Push-Ups 12:00noon

50 More Sit-Ups
20 More Push-Ups 1:45pm

Drink Cup of coffee. 2:10pm

Bench Press
2 Set of 10 Reps 135lbs (I tried more weight but I was so
sore that I had to drop down) and then
1 Set of 12 Reps 155lbs 4:00pm

Eat a “Six Dollar Burger” (Meat & Cheese ONLY) 6:30pm

Bed 11:30pm.

My name is Nigel Holland. I am 49 years old. So many people that I know that are in their 40’s and 50’s are acting so OLD! I’m not OLD. I don’t want feel OLD, I don’t want to look OLD.

I have one month until my 50th birthday, and I want to get in shape by then.

If I eat right, exercise, DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL, and sleep right, it should work.

Every day I am going to check in with you and keep you updated with my progress.

Hopefully when I am done, I can give the world a “ONE MONTH WORKOUT FOR OLD GUYS THAT DON’T WANT TO LOOK OLD”.
